Anyone 18 years or older is eligible to participate—whether you’re a REALuminate member or not. The program is open to individuals only; companies and agencies are not eligible at this time.
Share your unique referral link with friends, colleagues, or any real estate professionals. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying REALuminate member, you’ll receive a referral reward, as outlined on our referral program page. Alternately, someone can simply provide your name in the “Referred By” field at checkout on our regular signup page.
Rewards may include cash, account credit, or other incentives. Reward type and amount are subject to change and will be clearly stated at the time of your referral. Rewards are issued after the new member completes their sign-up and makes their first payment.
A referral is considered “qualified” when the referred person:
Is a new REALuminate customer,
Uses your referral link at the time of sign-up,
Completes payment for a REALuminate membership plan.
Self-referrals are not allowed and will void eligibility for rewards.
We reserve the right to disqualify referrals suspected of fraud or abuse.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless specified.
REALuminate reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and posted on our website.

Q: Do I need a REALuminate account to refer someone?
Nope! Anyone can refer others to REALuminate—whether you’re a customer or not. If you are not a member, simply contact us using the non-member form on this page Just share your unique referral link and start earning rewards.
Q: How do I get my referral link?
Members can find their referral link in their account page under the Quick Links Bar on the right side of the page. Non-members can join the referral program, you’ll receive a unique link to share. If you’re not sure where to find it, feel free to reach out to our team at info@REALuminate.com.
Q: When do I receive my referral reward?
You’ll receive your reward after your referral signs up and successfully makes their first payment for a REALuminate membership.
Q: What kind of rewards can I earn?
Referral rewards may include cash, account credits, or other fun incentives. Current rewards will always be listed on the referral program page and may change from time to time.
Q: Can I refer myself?
Sorry—self-referrals are not eligible for rewards and may result in disqualification from the program.
Q: Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
Not at all! You can refer as many people as you like. The more people you refer, the more rewards you can earn!
Q: Who can I refer?
You can refer anyone who is a real estate professional and not already a REALuminate customer.
Q: What happens if someone forgets to use my referral link?
Unfortunately, we can only track referrals that come directly through your unique link. Be sure to remind your referrals to use your link at sign-up!
Q: How much can I make from a referral?
You’ll earn 10% of the initial package amount your referral signs up for. For example:
Yearly Plan ($4,500) = $450 reward
Quarterly Plan ($1,250) = $125 reward
Monthly Plan ($400) = $40 reward
Leads Only Plan ($150) = $15 reward
Rewards are issued as a one-time payment based on the first successful payment and will be sent within 30 days of the transaction.
